Todd Brandenburg


Coach Todd moved to the United States  from Central America, Panama at age 12. Basketball became his passion and avenue to integrate with his community. He played Div II basketball at Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida. After college he worked for Nike and Adidas basketball and was competitively selected among 5 other guys, including now Head Assistant Coach of the New Orleans Pelicans, Coach Fred Vincent, to travel to Japan as an outreach program. Coach Todd previously served as Varsity Assistant Coach to Boys Basketball at Milken High School contributing to the team's first CIF championship, Head Coach JV Boys Basketball at Milken, and Varsity Assistant Coach to the Boys Basketball team at Beverly Hills High School. A passionate coach who feels grateful to give back to the Game that has given him so much.

Joseph Stuart

Director of Teams/Trainer/Coach

Coach Joseph ran track at NCAA Division I Boston College (BC). As a member of the track team at BC, Coach Joseph holds all-time records for the 4x400m Relay and the 200m indoor race. After BC, Coach Joseph began coaching at the high school level as the Athletic Director and Head Varsity Basketball Coach and Head Varsity Track & Field Coach for Cristo Rey Boston High School. During his time as AD and Head Coach, he served on the Massachusetts State Association Cross Country and Track Committee for four years. He's coached nine All Divisional Athletes and three All State Athletes. He was able to build a program and developed strong athletes to get large scale results. Recently, he attained his Physical Training Certification with a specialization in Sport Performance and Nutrition.

Monique (Mo) Salmon


Coach Mo comes to the Tigers after playing on the Jamaican National Team for the Olympics and playing professional overseas. Prior to that, she was the Girls Varsity Head Coach at Leman Manhattan Prep in New York City. She played college basketball at Baruch College, New York and won four back-to-back Division III championship titles.  

Coach Mo enjoys developing young players and believes that every basic fundamental life skill can be learned through the sport of basketball.

Scottie Jordan


Coach Scottie is from Dallas, Texas and was a 3-sport athlete in basketball, football and boxing.  He continued his athletic career at Texas State University where he studied sociology and business. 


After moving to Los Angeles, he started coaching youth basketball and that’s where his love and passion for motivating and inspiring the next generation began.  He’s been coaching for the last 5 years ranging from elementary school to high school kids. 


Coach Scottie has dedicated his life to mentoring & encouraging young people so that they grow up with confidence, self-respect, and a strong work ethic.


He has also spent the last 8 years working with different audiences for television shows such as Dancing with the stars, Family Feud and Nickelodeon’s, All That.

He is a devoted husband and a new father to his son, Leo.


Luke Jacobs


Coach Luke is a practical skills trainer from Chicago, Illinois. At age 19, Luke got his start as an assistant at a local basketball camp. Shortly after, he moved on to coaching for a variety of AAU and school programs, ranging from middle school boys to varsity girls. In 2017, Luke led a 9u team to place third in Nationals.


Eventually, Luke founded a Chicago-based group training program alongside his brother, which has continued to be successful to this day.

Coach Luke recently moved out to California to join our team. He prides himself on his range in training and his ability to teach both beginner-level basketball as well as elite details to more advanced players.

Michael McGinnis


Michael McGinnis grew up in Dayton, Ohio and continuously played sports until college, when he realized his passion for improving the lives of athletes through empowerment, education, and knowledge of the sports business model.

Michael attended the University of Dayton and completed a Bachelor’s in Sports Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He then went on to pursue a law degree while working with an MLB agent and taking on an advisory role with a start-up NBA agency, until he decided to start his own advisory and consulting business.

Michael has  eight years of experience negotiating major contracts and advising athletes within the MLB and NBA systems, and guided athletes looking to make their break in professional athletics. Michael started coaching and training baseball and basketball at local recreational leagues, and is excited to continue working with aspiring youths.

Lance Convento


Coach Lance earned a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and played basketball at Santa Ana college. Upon graduation, Coach Lance played semi-professionally in the Philippines.

He coached two years at Cerritos High School for the Boy’s Freshman and Girls Junior Varsity.  He is now the Head Varsity Coach of the Whitney High School Boys basketball program. 


He has dedicated himself to coaching and giving back to the game of basketball and youth.  His  coaching philosophy is to have fun, play hard, and have a winning attitude.   

Brandon Boyd


Coach Brandon was named 2020 Western Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year averaging 12.9 points per game and leading the league in free throw percentage in league games, making 55-of-59 attempts. He played Division 1 basketball at Idaho State and was a two-time Big Sky All-Conference Honorable Mention. He finished his career as a 1,000-point scorer for the Bengals.

A local Los Angeles native, he graduated from Bishop Alemany High School and led his team to a State Championship and CIF finals the next year. Coach Brandon knows that hard-work is the key ingredient to being successful and is a testament to that.

Matthew Giacinto

Trainer/ Coach



Coach Matt joins Tigers from a small town just south of Chicago, Illinois. He earned an Associate Degree of Science from Southern Illinois University. Coach Matt played soccer and basketball competitively throughout high school and college. He has experience coaching basketball and soccer at an elementary school and at local camps. He has extensive knowledge in a multitude of sports, and is excited to share his passion of sports, energy for life, and healthy lifestyles with today’s youths.
